A total of 7 hours, divided into two sessions*
You will learn about the pregnant body, medical interventions, options, and pain management techniques.
2 prenatal consultations (aprox 7 hours in total) to learn, discuss, and practice all things related to birth and early postpartum.
What to expect:
All information related to physiological and medicalized birth - Understanding the pelvis and how to create space - Breathing techniques - How to use rebozo and hip-squeezing techniques
Can be done un 1 full day session or 2 separate days.
